  Orders placed with White Wizard UK are deemed to be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below.

   

  • All pricing on our website or quoted or elsewhere displayed is inclusive of vat in all cases.
  • You, the customer have the right to return goods to us within 14 working days from receipt without providing a reason; we would prefer you to contact us first in all cases. Damaged or defaced goods which were not supplied as such are an exception to the money back guarantee. The returnee is responsible for postage and packaging and items must be in the condition we sent them. Refunds will be dealt with promptly.
  • Non delivery is something you the customer must inform us of within 14 days from receipt.
  • We the supplier will aim to despatch goods promptly from our premises and usually within 48 hours excluding weekends
  • All goods for sale shall remain the property of White Wizard UK until full payment of all sums owed has been made by the consumer. This excludes samples.
  • White Wizard UK cannot and will not be held responsible for consequential loss of damage resulting from the improper use of any products sold by them.
  • White Wizard UK does not supply any organisation with details you give us to complete your order. Your privacy is important to us and orders are completed to the best of our ability. White Wizard UK may however use ‘feedback, comments and reviews’ given by you to attract future sales. 
• All images and content contained within this website remain the sole property of White Wizard UK at all times and in all cases.
•  All images and content has been photographed/sourced by our team and remains our property.  No reproduction of our content or use is acceptable at any time.

•  Accessing a saved page or via another source may not 'refresh' the page and allow you to display new or important imformation or changes.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

This contract shall operate as an English contract and is conformity with English law.
